What a wild campaign!
And at the end? We need a special musical track just for that Kickstarter ending, it was a nail-biter right up until the wrap.
What about Foundry... and the Indexes?
We were aiming to hit $100k so we could add Foundry VTT for FREE to all backers $29 and up and while we didn't make that goal I'll still do something special for our Foundry friends- let’s go ahead and UNLOCK FOUNDRY VTT FOR FREE to all backers $29 and up. It was a valiant effort and I commend your prowess in battle.
Not only that, but I think you deserve all those extra indexes for terrain type because, well, as one backer put it and I happen to agree with, “it makes my OCD go a little haywire” to not have all terrain type indexes included… so ALL TERRAIN INDEX PAGES ARE HEREBY INCLUDED! This is the cool stuff I get to do as boss master of the dungeon. One of the perks of my job.
So, I hope that makes you all happy, because everything you’ve done for us has put smiles across the faces of the entire AAW Team.

Firstly, I want to sincerely thank you for making this tome a reality. We'll be able to craft the finest book AAW Games has released to date and all thanks to you and your help. I never take our fans and customers for granted and understand that you are the reason we can do what we do. For that, I will always be grateful and work diligently to make sure you have the kind of books we would want on our shelves.
Secondly, I must post a HUGE thank you to the AAW Games Mini-Dungeons Team. Shout out to my authors, artists, cartographers, editors, layout, and everyone else who makes this happen. The AAW Team has been working on these adventures for many years now and to wrap this all into a professional published book brings our Mini-Dungeons full circle. Now we can get these adventures into your hands and at your tables. Sharing creativity is what makes us happy.
What's Next?
Next up Kickstarter processes payments which takes about 2.5 weeks (from my experience) after which we'll import you into BackerKit. Expect a survey in about 3-4 weeks. Once the surveys are completed much of the digital content will become immediately available.
Our goal is to have print books in your hands by the end of August (2023). Delays can happen, but things are on track at the moment (fingers crossed!)

THE FINAL COUNTDOWN (DO DO DOO DO)
Alright guys. It’s final boss time. And since we took Inspiring Leader last level, it’s time to make with the heroic speeches. You all look like you could use some temporary hit points anyway. Ahem:
I never thought we’d make it this far. All those pledges ago when we set out from the village, I thought we’d get our first taste of battle and then run back to Discord, tails between our legs. But that didn’t happen. Instead we made new friends and allies. They helped us uncover the Golden Hoard of Ind’Papier…
…The Lost Library of Bûk Mark…
…and even aided the party in retrieving the fabled Tablet of Tracery.
It wasn’t easy though. We’ve been through countless dangers together. Survived enough deadly traps and ravenous beasts to put even the mighty Wizards of the Coastal Area to flight. Who could forget that first fateful encounter with the trolls?
That’s the day we learned to carry alchemist’s fire in our backers kit! And what of the business with the fungal forest?
I doubt any of us will order mushrooms on our extra cheese, extra pepperoni rations ever again! And that’s to say nothing of our latest battle against the spider demon.
We seriously need to move the guildhall out of my mom’s basement, you guys. All the exposed floor joists attract spider demons like crazy.
But my point is that we’ve weathered these dangers together. We’ve grown stronger for it! And now, my merry band of murder hobos… Now is the time for the final effort. Our long campaign is nearing its climax. Can you not see it? Waiting for us beyond the burning sands of the Kustum Desert…
…Thrust up from amidst the vast sea of the Endix Grasslands…
The great bulwark of The Foundry awaits!
We have it within us to storm this citadel. Together, as one, we can lift our voices and bellow out the battlecry of “AAW!” such that the very Servers might shake in the celestial halls of Qic-Startar!
So ready your magic. Sharpen your steel. Gather what intelligence you might from your social spy networks. We will bring the hordes of Twitter, and of Facebook, and of your One Friend At Work Who Might Be Kind of Into D&D crashing down upon our foe! For it will take every ounce of our strength to seize this final goal.
Win or lose, I will die happy to have adventured in your company. Should we fall short of the mark, I count myself yet lucky to have stood beside you. But if we succeed… If we rise victorious from the field, and look past the Foundry to the rich lands beyond… Who can say what untold bounty they might contain? The worlds are wide, and we’ve neither seen nor heard of every treasure locked beneath the backer goals!
Make yourself ready. The d20 is cast, and all hangs upon the next 24 hours.
It is time for you to cast your final vote on the Custom Mini-Dungeons PDFs which are unlocking as we speak.
Is that it? Is that the end?
That’s entirely up to you! We have complete faith that we can reach the $100k milestone unlocking Foundry VTT for free and adding every single extra to the book and the bonus PDF.

Our pals at Alchemy have a Kickstarter of their own, and just like us, they’re coming to the end of a successful campaign. That’s good news for the likes of you, because now that we've passed our $75k Milestone goal, all Mini-Dungeon Tome II backers at $29 and up get free access to the Mini-Dungeon Tome II on Alchemy.
Why is that cool? Alchemy’s Version One Kickstarter campaign breathes new life into digital adaptations with “Enhanced” versions of adventures. Each Alchemy Enhanced title—represented as the face card in five physical thematic Content Decks—includes a custom themed Alchemy interface, original score, ten looping ambient soundscapes, ten motion overlays, and an animated title screen. Their Content Decks include campaign settings, adventures, supplements, and storytelling assets from some of the industry’s most loved creators.
These guys have an amazing product, and they’ve also been incredible partners. That’s why we’re working with Alchemy to bring the Mini-Dungeon Tome II to their platform. And it doesn’t stop there. All Backer Goals Unlocked
Every single backer goal has now been unlocked adding premium quality paper and ink, three sewn-in bookmarks (matte black, metallic silver, and metallic gold), metallic gold head and tail bands, metallic gold endpapers, vellum (tracing paper) page at the front with gilded gold outlining beautiful artwork underneath.
This is going to be one beautiful book!

A baby was born to two of our backers during the Mini-Dungeon Tome II Kickstarter. To celebrate this baby girl's arrival, we're dedicating the Mini-Dungeon Tome II to her.
Congratulations to Sadie & Landon on the arrival of their new baby girl Norie Paige Jamieson!
